I am a proud graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Master’s in Social Work. While I have many years of experience in the clinical world and as a school social worker, my passion lies in guiding individuals toward wellness and spiritual well-being, using a more holistic approach.
I use a strengths-based approach to uncover limiting beliefs and emotional patterns. My work focuses on aligning the energy of your body with your goals and helping you navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence.
For individuals with ADHD, I offer specialized coaching to enhance executive functioning skills, build emotional regulation, and create actionable strategies for success. Together, we’ll focus on setting and achieving goals using solution-focused and cognitive-behavioral techniques that are practical, mindful, and tailored to your needs.
While I am trauma-aware, my work is not designed to address trauma directly. Instead, I provide tools and strategies to help you move forward, achieve balance, and embrace your strengths on your journey to wellness.
