Alignment Session

Energy in motion. When our bodies have emotions (energy) that are blocked, it can make us feel out of balance or simply, stuck!

In these 45 minute sessions you will learn how to release energy and create more balance with guided techniques.

Notes and resources will be provided.

Clarity Hour Sessions

These 1:1, 60-minute sessions—available in-person or virtually—are designed to help you tap into your inner wisdom. Together, we will set meaningful goals and identify any blocks that are holding you back. The focus will be on getting you aligned with your path to healing and wellness.

You’ll receive helpful notes and resources to support your journey.

And just a heads-up: investing in yourself means there might be a bit of homework involved! All part of the transformation!
